Interested in redeveloping your career? Join us for the 2009 Wake County Career Summit on Tuesday, June 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Wake Technical Community College Student Services Conference Center, main campus on 401 South. This is a free event and an excellent opportunity to enhance your career development skills.

The summit will offer tremendous education, retraining, career transition and development opportunities for everyone at all stages of their lives and careers. Come prepared for workshops and meet professionals who can advise you on writing a winning resume, establishing new goals, selling yourself to prospective employers, seizing new career opportunities, filing unemployment claims and many other career topics. Attendees can also visit the JobLink Mobile Unit on site.

The summit is sponsored by Capital Area Workforce Development Board and the Capital Area JobLink partners: The Avadon Group, Wake County, Wake Technical Community College, and N.C. Employment Security Commission - Raleigh and Cary offices.
